  • Open Book is typically held in June. Board of Review in July.

The Clerk’s Office is the oldest among public servants and is a time-honored and vital part of local government, providing a professional link between the citizens, the local governing bodies and agencies of government at other levels. The Clerk’s Office strives to deliver the best possible service to the residents, Common Council, and to the staff of the City of Delafield, while carrying out the duties and responsibilities required by Wisconsin State Statutes, Ordinances and Resolutions.

Services
The Clerk’s Office is ready to serve you with information about: elections, voter registration, licensing, Common Council agenda and minutes, all other boards, committees, commissions, the city's website, general information about city programs and services, park rentals, and Open Record Requests (not Police Department requests).

Request for Accommodation at City Meetings
Any person who has a qualifying disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act shall not be excluded from participation at City of Delafield meetings. Please advise the City Clerk 5 days prior to the meeting for special accommodations.
