Plan Commission Function:
Subject to the approval of the City Council, the Plan Commission shall make and adopt a master plan for the physical development of the City including any areas outside of its boundaries which, in the Commission’s judgement, bear relation to the development of the City. The Commission reviews applications for zoning permits for all districts except the single and two family residence districts. The Commission shall grant or deny such applications, and shall direct the Zoning Administrator to issue or refuse to issue zoning permits under the City’s Zoning Code.
