Public Hearing to consider a zoning amendment and rezoning certain properties owned by Westbrook Church, Parcel No.'s DELC 0784.974 and part of DELC 0784.973, from B-6 (commercial holding district) & RE-2 (two-acre rural estate district) to P-1 (public and semi-public district). Complete legal description of properties and a copy of the zoning districts are available in the City Administration office.
Public Hearing to consider a zoning amendment to rezoning certain
property owned by St. Joan of Arc Church, Parcel No. DELC 0743.999.004,
from A-1(agricultural district) to P-1 (public and semi-public district).
The requested zoning amendment is for construction of a school. Complete
legal descriptions and a copy of the zoning districts are available at
the City Administration office.

is hereby given that a majority of the Plan Commission, Public Works Committee,
and/or Library Board may be present at the meeting of the Common Council
scheduled June 4, 2001 to gather information about a subject in which they
are interested. This constitutes a meeting of the PWC/Plan Commission
pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Ws. 2d553,
494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such.
