12. Adjourn into closed session per §19.85 (1) (e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (Park and Recreation Land) and §19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility (Public Works Department); and Convene into closed session under Section §19.85(1)(f) to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data. (To discuss the current medical condition and request to extend the medical leave for a particular DPW employee.)

is hereby given that a majority of the Plan Commission, Public Works Committee,
and/or Library Board may be present at the meeting of the Common Council
scheduled July 9, 2001 to gather information about a subject in which they
are interested. This constitutes a meeting of the PWC/Plan Commission
pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Ws. 2d553,
494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such.
