7:00 PM Public Hearing to consider an ordinance to amend Sections 18.26(2) and (3) of the Municipal Code, which relate to the time within which action must be taken on preliminary plats.

is hereby given that a majority of the Plan Commission, Public Works Committee
may be present at the meeting of the Common Council scheduled February
19, 2001 to gather information about a subject in which they are interested.
This constitutes a meeting of the PWC/Plan Commission pursuant to State
ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Ws. 2d553, 494 N.W. 2d 408
(1993), and must be noticed as such, although the PWC/Plan Commission will
not take any formal action at this meeting.
