7:00 PM Public Hearing  to consider the petition of St. John's Northwestern Military Academy to discontinue the alley in Block "O" in the plat of the Village (now City of Delafield) and street segments on St. John's Northwestern campus.  (Church St. and Smythe Lane)
 

Mayor Ed McAleer called the hearing to order.  Clerk Czubkowski read the hearing notice into the record.  Attorney Shannon said that for the record, he supported the vacation and represented St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy.  He would answer any questions.  Mayor McAleer asked if there were any comments or questions.  Ald. Mathey wanted to know who would maintain the alley and roads if they were to be vacated.  Atty. Shannon stated that St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy would do whatever was necessary, maintain, repair and plow.  Mayor McAleer asked if there were any other comments, hearing none the public hearing was closed at 7:03 p.m.
