Suggested
FEMA Appeal Wording (MS-Word
Format) - 6/07
The
above file contains suggested wording that residents
may want to consider utilizing to formulate individual
appeals of the proposed revisions to the FEMA Base
Flood Elevation and Floodplain Mapping. Feel free
to modify the wording as appropriate to address
your specific basis of appeal. All individual appeals
must be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of
Natural Resources (WDNR) through the City of Delafield
. The City will collect all individual appeals and
submit them collectively to the WDNR. All appeals
must be received at the WDNR office in Madison by
July 12, 2007 . Therefore, the City is requiring
all individual resident appeals to be submitted
so that they are received by the City of Delafield
no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, July 6, 2007 .
This will allow time for the City to compile the
appeals and have them delivered to Madison by the
deadline. Please address your appeal as follows:
Mr.
Robert
Watson
,

c/o
Mayor Phil Schuman
