Permit Overview:
Most
building projects in the City of Delafield require
a building permit. See our FAQ or contact one of our
building inspectors listed above if you have any questions.
Should you require a variance after your original
application has been processed you are required to
submit a fee of $50.00 and all the necessary paperwork
to the Board of Zoning Appeals 3 weeks prior to a
meeting. Meetings are scheduled the second and fourth
Thursday of each month and your attendence is required.
